Write a crumb tag

Web NFC (Chrome on Android only, over HTTPS) — write a fresh /anchor/<id> URL straight onto a blank NFC tag, or read one back to check what's on it. For batch runs before an event, the print-sheet + URL export paired with NXP TagWriter is still the faster path — this is for one-off writes and spot-checks.
